Move it to Applications
Open Nib-universal.dmg and drag Nib into Applications.

Let macOS open it
Open Terminal and run this command once:
This preview isn't notarized by Apple yet, so macOS won't open an app downloaded from the internet until its quarantine flag is cleared. The command clears it for Nib only. Updates install without it.

Open Nib
Open Nib from Applications or Spotlight, then sign in or create your account.

Sign in
Sign in with your invited account. Every plan uses one, including Free.

Paste a key or a gateway URL
Nib detects the protocol, lists your models and picks a sensible default. Keys go into your system keychain.

Pick a folder and ask
It reads your AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md or GEMINI.md and your skills, and gets to work.

The CLI shares the same runtime, settings and sessions as the app. Install it any way you like.
